The art exhibit entitled "Tata y Hijo - Caviteno Pintor : Un Exhibicion na Museo", featuring the Father & Son tandem of Martin Manero Quigao and Ricardo A. Quigao was formally opened at CCLM last September 14, 2001. City Mayor Bernardo S. Paredes led the ribboncutting ceremony. With him were former City Mayor Tim Encarnacion, Jr.; Vice-Mayor Edmund Tirona, City Councilors Larry Crawford, Rolando Villegas, Ric Alvarez, Dennis Bernal,FCCLM President Virginia Olaes and artist Ricardo Quigao (extreme right).
